Trophy Bingo to be globally launched
Bingo.com Limited, operator of online gaming site Bingo.com, has raised $450,000 in funding after completing the private placement of one million additional common shares with a non-United States private company.
Last month saw the Anguilla-based firm enter the social bingo market after partnering with developer and operator Roadhouse Interactive Limited to premiere a beta version of its Trophy Bingo proprietary game.
“The funds raised in this private placement will be used to finance the worldwide launch of Bingo.com's multi-platform social bingo game,” said Jason Williams, Chief Executive Officer for Bingo.com.
“The initial results of the beta testing of Trophy Bingo have been positive and we are preparing for the global launch of the brand once some product refinements are complete.”
