SLS Hotel & Casino signs up Bally

Online casino games and solutions company Bally Technologies has been signed up by SLS Hotel & Casino, the newest resort on the Las Vegas Strip.

The new property, which is due to open in the US state in 2014, will house 1,600 guest rooms, 800 gaming machines and 80 table games.

Bally will support SLS with the deployment of its iVIEW Display Manager with Elite Bonusing Suit, which will allow the property to offer guests bonus events such as Display Manager tournaments, U-Spin Bonusing, Flex Rewards and Virtual Racing.

SLS will also use Bally’s ACSC slot monitoring, marketing, player-tracking and accounting solution, as well as the Promotional Kisok application, the Service Tracking Manager automated dispatch and alert system, and Bally Business Intelligence to analyse data.

In addition, SLS will utilise Bally's open iGaming platform to provide content from a range of providers, as well as integration between iGaming and ACSC player-tracking.

The iGaming platform has also been designed for mobile integration and can accommodate online gaming beyond poker, such as video slots, sportsbetting and casino table games.

“The Bally product portfolio allows SLS Hotel & Casino to offer a broad loyalty programme across our entire business operation,” SLS Hotel & Casino’s president and chief operating officer, Rob Oseland, said.

“We want to provide our guests a one-of-a-kind experience to reward their loyalty at hotels, nightclubs, and restaurants across the country, while having seamless integration with the new Las Vegas casino.

“These integrated products will eventually allow for a single view of the player, positioning us well for the future.”
