Aristocrat Technologies signed a deal with CAMS
Gaming machine and casino management systems specialist Aristocrat Technologies Incorporated has signed a third-party aggregator deal with multi-tenant software-as-a-service firm Central Account Management System (CAMS) LLC.
A subsidiary of Australian land-based and online casino games and solutions supplier Aristocrat Leisure Limited, Las Vegas-based Aristocrat Technologies was granted a Nevada interactive gaming services provider license in May and will now utilise multiple services from CAMS including age verification, device identification, geo-location and payments connectivity for its nLive platform through one integration and contract.
“We have been moving forward very deliberately and aggressively to further bolster the nLive virtual casino product offering,” said Daniel DeWaal, Product Strategy Systems and Digital Vice-President for Aristocrat Technologies.
“This agreement with CAMS shows that we are very serious about preparing for legal play-for-money online gaming and offering the absolute highest levels of compliance and protection to our operator partners. We are excited about this agreement and the opportunities it affords nLive, Aristocrat Technologies and our operator partners.”
Los Angeles-based CAMS was the first company in its class to be licensed by the Nevada Gaming Control Board and is the only firm currently processing live gaming transactions in the United States. Aristocrat Technologies stated that using the California group’s services will ‘greatly simplify’ operations while additionally providing ‘significant savings’.
“The CAMS value proposition is simple; through a single agreement and single point of integration, we aggregate and provide critical services operators need to adhere to regulatory requirements and receive customer payments all while saving money and speeding up time-to-market,” said Matthew Katz, Chief Executive Officer for CAMS.
“We are excited and honoured at the opportunity to assist Aristocrat Technologies by providing it with global payments connectivity, know-your-customer, device identification and geo-location services in order to mitigate risk and adhere to intensified compliance issues internationally.”
