A licensing agreement signed between Probability and Spin Games

spin gameSpecialist mobile gambling software provider Probability has signed a regulated markets mobile games content licensing and development agreement with Spin Games LLC.

The deal will see Spin Games dip into its library of video poker and slot games in order to provide the London-based firm with interactive gaming concepts and designs from before the pair collaborate in deploying HTML 5 mobile versions of these titles for use over Probability’s platform and network.

“The team at Spin Games has an amazing pedigree in video poker and slots for the land-based casino market particularly in the United States and Asia,” said Charles Cohen, Chief Executive Officer for Probability.

“Its deep understanding of these game genres and what players enjoy and look for in these formats mean that together we can create world-class mobile gambling content with proven appeal. Our initial focus is to add a portfolio of Spin Games’ innovative video poker formats to our platform, which will put these games within reach of millions of consumers using thousands of different mobile devices.”

Listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange, Probability recently reported its first-ever profit for the initial three months of a year despite posting a 9.5 percent decline in associated net gaming revenues when compared with the same period in 2012 to £1.9 million.
