32Red Online Casino has topped an independent customer support quality audit released by etruvian consulting ahead of other sites including William Hill, 888, bet365 and Ladbrokes.
An independent arm of affiliate PokerStrategy.com, etruvian consulting revealed that its second annual assessment, which examined 16 of the world's largest online Casino operators using a mystery shopper approach to gather anonymous data on a wide range of scenarios typical of those experienced by players requiring assistance.
The audit saw 32Red Online Casino receive the best overall score of 8.8 out of a maximum of ten with regards to response times, product knowledge and friendliness of its player support team.
The inaugural 2012 study from etruvian consulting examined the support quality of Poker operators and saw PokerStars finish top of the overall list with an aggregate score of 8.8, while this year's Casino top-five included InterCasino, Betsson, bet365 and PartyCasino.
When it came specifically to response times, 32Red Online Casino was only just edged out by Betsson while InterCasino, Club World and PartyCasino rounded out the top five.
'Last year, PokerStars took the top position in etruvian consulting's customer support quality audit; demonstrating just one of the reasons why it continues to remain the dominant force in the poker industry,' said David Coleman from Gibraltar based etruvian consulting.
'The same assessment was recently performed and released for online casinos, which once again evaluated the support experience from the perspective of the consumer. As with the previous and future audits, the purpose is to provide recognition for those operators whose performance is exemplary and to provide structured and constructive guidance for operators who could optimise the quality of their service.'
